A: What start command to use in VNC's xstartup?
You want to configure a specific Window manager with VNC Server, especially KDE or GNOME
Fedora Core 5
- To start GNOME session: /etc/X11/xinit/Xsession gnome
- To start KDE session: /usr/bin/startkde
RedHat EL4 / CentOS 4
To start GNOME session: exec /etc/X11/xdm/Xsession gnome
